Shipping: We ship using USPS and UPS when requested. Shipping costs are calculated through the online store, we do not set the shipping prices. Flat Rate shipping is used when bulk orders are placed whenever possible.

Refunds: We offer absolutely NO refunds or replacements on orders which show the packages have been delivered to the destination address. A claim would need to be filed between you and USPS/UPS as these are their guidelines, not ours. Since every bird is different, we can assume no responsibility if your bird does not take to the products you ordered. We can offer ways to help get them more comfortable with these items but we can offer no guarantee that the results will be the same from bird to bird.
